In a brief video that was uploaded on the Super Eagles' X account, the 25-year-old was seen interacting with the supporters.

In addition, the injuries to important players Wilfred Ndidi, Victor Boniface, and Sadiq Umar have severely damaged the team's chances.

Also, the three-time AFCON winners will meet Côte d’Ivoire and Guinea-Bissau in the group.

This year's competition between Guinea-Bissau and Côte d'Ivoire will begin on Saturday, January 13.
