Jamaican sprint legend Elaine Thompson-Herah was forced to go out hard on some fans who questioned whether she is committed to her husband.

Elaine Thompson-Herah is not among athletes who are very active on social media but the Jamaican sprint legend does not keep quiet when someone steps on her toes on the platform.

Thompson Herah posts online sparingly and while she ignores most of the negative comments, when it gets personal, she does not hesitate to fire back.

This is what some fans found out the hard way at the weekend when they tried to poke their nose into her private business.

Thompson-Herah posted a clip on Instagram, teaching her fans some skincare routine, using different products to explain how they improve the skin.

However, some fans chose to look at something else, questioning whether she was actually still married as she was doing it at night while she had no wedding ring.

“Elaine move like she single now yah no ring and husband in site,” the fan posted in the comments section but the five-time Olympics champion did not take it kindly, replying in a manner she knows how.

“Fly by day pitch by night you can clean your house already you sweep out under your bed. What away me upset you stomach so early I have some pepto misol for. Lady stop watch out me good good,” Thompson-Herah replied.

It did not end there, another one also weighed in, asking the sprinter: “Still married?” to which Thompson-Herah brutally responded.

“So a dat u come bout, how dat affect the cost of living now (So that's how you come about, how does that affect the cost of living now),” fired back Thompson-Herah, the fastest woman alive.

Thompson-Herah has remained mum over her next move since pulling out of the Paris Olympics with an injury and even after parting ways with coach Reynaldo Walcott, she is yet to reveal whom she has chosen to work with as she prepares for the 2025 season.

The 32-year-old, the first woman to win an Olympics double of 100m and 200m back-to-back, is married to former sprinter and coach Derron Herah.
