Kabras Sugar are seeking a third straight cup win as the Christie Sevens, the fourth leg of the National Sevens Circuit, takes place at Nairobi’s RFUEA Ground on Saturday and Sunday.
Kabras moved seven points clear at the top of the standings after beating Kenya Harlequin 10-5 to win the Prinsloo Sevens in Nakuru last weekend, following up on their win at the Driftwood tournament in Mombasa last month.
Victory saw them collect another 22 points to take their tally to 63 points after cup final defeat in Kisumu and victory in Mombasa.

KCB remain second on the log on 56 points as reigning circuit champions Menengai Oilers and Kenya Harlequin occupy the third and fourth positions on 46 points.
Heading into Christie Sevens, Kabras are top seeds in Nairobi, playing out of Pool A with Nakuru, Masinde Muliro and Impala Saracens.
Hosts Kenya Harlequin headline Pool B which also features Homeboyz, Daystar Falcons and Blak Blad.
KCB are in Pool C with Christie Sevens defending champions Strathmore Leos, Catholic Monks and Kisumu.

RUGBY Mwanja confident KCB can close in on Kabras in Sevens Circucit
The assistant coach is optimistic KCB can still catch up with circuit leaders Kabras Sugar.
Reigning circuit champions Menengai Oilers are in Pool D with Mwamba, Nondescripts and Sigalagala National Polytechnic who were promoted to the top division after winning the division two competition in Nakuru over the weekend.
