Makueni, Mount Kenya University, KCA University, and Kenya Coast Poly are in Pool B, while Pool C has Dala 7s Division II finalists UoE Trojans, NYS Spades, Moi University, and Kilifi. Finally, Embu, AP Warriors, and the South Coast Pirates, who are the KRU Championship semi-finalists, as well as Presbyterian University, are in Pool D.
Stallions, Zetech Oaks, Tum Marines, and Nanyuki Jackals are going to clash in Pool E.

The release of Division II pools come after the National 7s circuit were confirmed a day before.
KCB, who are the circuit leaders, Nakuru, Nondescripts, and Blak Blad are in Pool A, whereas Pool B has Kabras Sugar, Homeboyz, Kisumu, and Mombasa.
Strathmore Leos, Menengai Oilers, Catholic Monks, and Masinde Muliro are grouped in Pool C, while Pool D will see Kenya Harlequin, Mwamba, Daystar Falcons, and Kabarak University square it out.
The Drifwood circuit will be staged at Mombasa Sports Club on Saturday and Sunday.
