The Paralympic Committee of Nigeria (PCN) has inaugurated new executives as the minister of sports and youth development, Sunday Dare tasked them with ensuring inclusivity to retain podium finishes in all international tournaments.
Dare expressed optimism during the inauguration event, which took place at the Stephen Keshi Stadium in Asaba, Delta State, that Nigeria will undoubtedly continue to win medals for its Paralympians because of the caliber of members chosen.
According to him, Para-Sports is one of the games that has lifted the nation's flag high in global events and as such, the athletes need encouragement and support to enhance their performances
He urged the new Board to use its abundance of experience and expertise to ensure that the country's Paralympic sporting events are properly administered.

The training, organized by the NOC in conjunction with Lasora Sports Consultancy and Agency, is a three-day program with participants coming from all parts of Nigeria.
