Jack Draper wins first match against Andy Murray to extend debut run in Indian Wells.
Jack Draper got the better of Andy Murray in the battle of the Brits, defeating the former Grand Slam champion 7-6(6), 6-2 to reach the fourth round of the Indian Wells.
Draper and Murray had an even match in the first set leading to a tiebreak, which Draper won 7-6(6) after 83 minutes of play. The second set saw the younger Briton dominate and play exceptional tennis by winning 6-2.
He will now face Carlos Alcaraz in the round of 16, who had a 7-6(4), 6-3 win over Tallon Griekspoor in 59 minutes. Alcaraz faced and saved just two break points all match.
Wawrinka stuns Rune
Stan Wawrinka overcame No. 8 seed Holger Rune 6-2, 6-7(5), 7-5 to record his 550th win of his career and reach the last 16 of Indian Wells.
A big win for the Swiss legend, especially after losing the second set from Match Point up.
Auger-Aliassime rolls over Cerundolo
Felix Auger-Aliassime finally defeated Francisco Cerundolo 7-5, 6-4 in 2 hours and 10 minutes to book his round of 16 spot.
He needed 6 Match Points and will face Tommy Paul next, who got a good win over Hubert Hurkacz 4-6, 6-2, 6-4.
