Rio Open
Cameron Norrie came back from a set down by winning an incredible Rio final over world No. 2 Carlos Alcaraz 5-7 6-4 7-5, to win his first title of the year. It is also his biggest career title on Clay.
It is one of his biggest career wins and the second time in 2023 he has defeated the Spaniard.
Monterrey 125 Challenger
Nuno Borges won the biggest title of his career at the Monterrey 125 Challenger, defeating Borna Gojo 6-4 7-6(6).
It is the biggest-ever title for a Portuguese tennis player, excluding Sousa's four ATP titles.
Borges didn't drop a set throughout the tournament and only got broken once. He rises to a new career high of No. 84 on the ATP rankings.
WTA Meridan Open
Italy's Camila Giorgi won her fourth career title in Merida, beating Sweden's Rebecca Peterson 7-6(3) 1-6 6-2.
She won her last six games at the tournament and propells to the top 50 on the WTA rankings.
Doha Open
Daniil Medvedev overpowered Andy Murray in Doha, beating him in straight sets of 6-4 6-4. It was back-to-back titles for the Russian after his Rotterdam victory two weeks ago.
He is now ranked No.7 seed on the ATP rankings, with Nadal coming down to No.8.
Dubai WTA 1000
Barbora Krejcikova was in exceptional form in the women's final at the Dubai Duty Free Tennis Championships, defeating world No. 1 Iga Swiatek in straight sets of 6-4 6-2 to win her sixth WTA singles title.
The Czech played flawless tennis throughout the tournament, taking advantage of Swiatek's bad day in the office.
Rovereto ATP Challenger
Swiss star Dominic Stricker claimed his fourth ATP Challenger title after beating Zeppieri 7-6(8) 6-2 in Rovereto.
Marseille Open
Hubert Hurkacz edged homeboy Benjamin Bonzi 6-3 7-6(4) to win his sixth career title in Marseille.
