Yamal is the latest cover star of GQ France.

Lamine Yamal is more than just a football sensation as he's now a style icon as well.

At just 17 years of age, the Barcelona star garced latest cover of the iconic GQ France, where he shared insights about his life outside of football, his budding sense of style, and his unique personality.

Dressed in a custom-made black tuxedo by Dolce & Gabbana, Yamal shined at the Théâtre du Châtelet in Paris, effortlessly blending football fame with high fashion.

Not only did Yamal win the coveted Kopa Trophy, recognizing him as the best under-21 player on the planet, but he also ranked eighth in the Ballon d'Or, ahead of world class veterans like Harry Kane and Toni Kroos.

With his accolades piling up, Yamal’s approach to handling fame remains lighthearted and grounded.

“I think my best asset is the one-on-one game. It's something that comes naturally to me… just like shots from outside the area and maybe my vision of the game,” he said, emphasising his passion for creating assists for his teammates as well.

But it’s off the field where Yamal's personality truly shines.

“Off the field, I would say that my talent is dance and my sense of humour. I am a happy person and I like to joke and laugh with my friends," he shared.

For a player at the threshold of greatness, his achievements are just the beginning.

And if Yamal’s confidence and style are any indicators, there’s no limit to how far he’ll go.

So far this season, the Euros champion has already scored six goals and registered seven assists for Barcelona across all competitions so far this season.
