What rule would he change if he was a FIFA official?
Presenter Ali had something to change with regards to penalty rules. Normally when the ball crosses the line into the net but there is a hand ball in the build up to the play that warrants a penalty, the play would be reviewed and a penalty would be awarded.
The Youtuber said that he would change this rule to make the goal stand as the penalty reduced the chances of the goal being scored because there is a chance the player taking the penalty might miss.
