The ruling gives Mbale Heroes, who finished the Eastern Regional League second behind Admin, an advantage to compete in the FUFA Big League playoffs.

Admin FC has threatened to pull out of FUFA Leagues after the federation ordered the replay of the abandoned match between Busia United and Mbale Heroes.

According to FUFA, the regional competition’s disciplinary panel made a wrong decision to award the match to Busia United, the home team after it was abandoned in the 86th minute.

The ruling gives Mbale Heroes, who finished the Eastern Regional League second behind Admin an advantage to compete in the FUFA Big League playoffs.

The Tororo side initially finished as winners with 53 points, one ahead of Mbale Heroes who now need a point to go through.

Admin has now threatened to quit FUFA-organized competitions and blamed the federation of promoting match-fixing.

“I hereby- notify you that Admin Football Club is officially pulling out of any football activity with immediate effect,” a letter signed by their CEO Bernard Oketcho reads in part.

“We fill it was done in bad faith only to promote match-fixing.

“FUFA as the governing body should be in a position to evoke such act if they still have the spirit of fighting match-fixing,” the letter adds.
