Ten Hag excites Man United fans with Neymar response
Manchester United boss Erik ten Hag was asked to shed some light on the rumours linking the Red Devils with a move for Brazilian superstar Neymar.
Ten Hag’s warning
Ten Hag said:
“There is a centralisation of good players, of the best managers, also of the money, and it is all here in the UK.
“That makes a great competition, but also a tough and a hard competition.
“And you have to do the right things and you can have money, but you have to do it and spend it in a smart way. And also you need a strategy behind it, because otherwise, the money doesn’t work.”
British billionaire Sir Jim Ratcliffe and Qatari business mogul Sheikh Jassim are the two prospective buyers who have made it clear to invest heavily in the Premier League giants.
Chelsea owner Todd Boehly spent £600million on 16 new players since buying the club last summer and the Blues are on their way to finishing in the bottom half of the league table.
The Red Devils only need a point to secure their Champions League status as they travel to Stamford Bridge to take on Chelsea.
