Tragil has about a month to prepare for KCCA’s first match in the CAF Confederation Cup Preliminaries.
KCCA FC head coach Sergio Tragil was impressed by his side after the first training session of preseason held on Sunday at the MTN Omondi Stadium.
Having been announced as the team’s new head coach in June, the Portuguese tactician was unveiled before returning to his country for a few days.
But upon his return and the first session on Sunday, Tragil was impressed with what he saw amongst his players.

Achai returns to the first team at the time both Mustafa Kizza and Brian Majwega have said their goodbyes to the club.
“I cannot talk too much yet because it’s out first training, but the feedback was very good,” Tragil revealed after Sunday’s session.
“I was even surprised with most of them because they really worked hard,” he added.

“It was a very intense training, even more than what I was expecting, so it was wonderful,”- Tragil noted.
The Pilsner Super Eight and the FUFA Super Cup will give Tragil the opportunity to test his team before serious business gets underway at the club.
KCCA have already shown their intentions of ending the trophy drought at Lugogo by making some big signings in the transfer window.
