Victor Wanyama and partner Serah Teshna announced they are expecting their second child, sharing the exciting news on Instagram.

Former Harambee captain Victor Wanyama will become a father for the second time.

The 33-year-old former Tottenham Hotspur and Celtic midfielder, along with his long-term partner, actress Serah Teshna Ndanu, recently announced the exciting news that they are expecting another child.

On Thursday, both Wanyama and Teshna shared their joy on Instagram, posting a heartwarming photo along with a caption that read:

“Here we Grow…Again!!! Oh Baby! We are having a baby!!! He made it happen in HIS own perfect timing. WON'T HE DO IT??”

The couple, who have been together for over seven years, have kept their relationship status under wraps, choosing not to publicly confirm whether they are married.

However, they have been living together in Canada, where Wanyama is currently based as he continues to play for Major League Soccer (MLS) side CF Montreal.

Wanyama and Teshna's relationship has remained largely private, with the couple only occasionally sharing glimpses of their personal life on social media.

Despite Wanyama’s fame as a professional footballer, Teshna is a well-established figure in her own right.

Unlike many women dating or married to footballers who often gain attention because of their partner’s popularity, Teshna has built a successful career in Kenya's entertainment industry.

Teshna, who has starred in popular TV shows like Lies that Bind, Briefcase Inc, Nairobi Law, and Sue na Johnnie, is a celebrated actress.

Her filmography also includes notable works such as The Rugged Priest and Showmax series Igiza. She won the Best Lead Actress in a Film award at the 2011 Kalasha Awards for her role in The Rugged Priest and was similarly honored at the 2012 Kenya Film Festival Awards.

In addition to her acting career, Teshna is also an accomplished TV host, having presented various programs, including The Skin Therapy and Urbane Living.

Her last stint on television was as the host of the breakfast show Alfajiri on K24 TV, before she decided to take a break from her TV career to join Wanyama in Canada.

Although she paused her acting career after moving to Canada, Teshna continues to pursue her passion for fashion, beauty, and lifestyle.

She models a variety of products and outfits on social media, where she calls herself a "soccer mom."

Despite stepping back from full-time acting, Teshna’s Instagram profile showcases her continued love for the arts and fashion.

Wanyama’s career, on the other hand, continues to flourish in the MLS with CF Montreal.

Prior to moving to Canada, the former Kenya national team captain enjoyed a successful run in Europe, most notably with English Premier League side Tottenham Hotspur and Scottish champions Celtic.

During his time at Tottenham, Wanyama was part of the team that reached the 2019 UEFA Champions League final.
