Super Eagles: Osimhen spotted in private jet, set to hit camp in Lagos
Victor Osimhen is set to land in Super Eagles camp in a big way after he was spotted in a private jet heading to Lagos.
Napoli are now under pressure to keep the 24-year-old who has become their most prized possession since joining the club from Ligue 1 side Lille.
According to Italian news media outlet Area Napoli, Osimhen’s agent Calenda is not ready to engage in any negotiations on behalf of his client.
What Osimhen agent wants
The reports further stated that Calenda prefers a big money move with Manchester United, Bayern Munich, Real Madrid and PSG have all been linked with Osimhen.
A statement from Area Napoli reads as quoted by Punch:
“Victor Osimhen and his agent have no intention of sitting at the table with Aurelio De Laurentiis and extending their contract with the blue club.
“Chelsea and PSG have already made their advances for Osimhen: Roberto Calenda, the Nigerian’s agent, does not intend to extend the contract which expires in 2025.
“With the €100m that Bayern Munich has put on the market, Osimhen remains unapproachable without ifs and buts, perhaps even for €120m, because by now the prices are rising.”
