Omedi had a brilliant February as he scored five UPL goals in four games for the Royals.

He got off the month with hat trick against UPDF FC in Kitara's 3-0, before he scored in the 1-0 victories over Wakiso Giants and KCCA FC.

Omedi's goals carried a massive nine points and lifted Kitara to the top of the table with 39 points.

Meanwhile, Kakande scored three goals in two UPL games, as he later withdrew from the Villa team to join the Uganda U20s gearing for the Ghana All Africa Games.

Twice against Maroons FC (2-1) and one at Kitara (1-1) imply that Kakande's goals weighed four points out of a possible six.

On the other hand, Wagoina scored three goals in as many games for Express last month.

Meanwhile, three coaches, Brian Ssenyondo of Kitara, URA FC's David Obua and NEC FC's Hussein Mbalangu will also battle for the February Coach of the Month award.
