It will be a battle-laden clash as Makerere University Business School (MUBS) host Islamic University In Uganda (IUIU) in Nakawa in the Pepsi University Football League’s Group B.
Each won their opening game with identical scores, MUBS edging YMCA 1-0 away and IUIU narrowly taming Victoria University 1-0 at home, setting up a mouthwatering tie on Wednesday.
MUBS head coach Willian Kasozi is optimistic of victory at home turf: "I am quite confident we have enough quality and creativity within our squad.”
"In order to find final passes and more end product because that is something we want to improve.”
“We did create some amount of chances in the last game but lacked a bit of end product, so we have worked upon being brutal and clinical with our finishing,” Kasozi added.
On the other hand, IUIU coach Harunah Kebba has stressed his charges are upbeat and fully ready for the challenge posed by the two-time University League champions.
