The soldiers face a litmus test against Posta Rangers on October 27
Ulinzi Stars coach Danstan Nyaudo has challenged captain Boniface Muchiri to take penalty responsibilities after the soldiers failed to secure maximum points against Tusker FC in the Kenya Premier League match on Wednesday.
Nyaudo admitted that he was disappointed with his captain who for the second time failed to take the spot kick, handing it to another player who failed to score in the 1-1 draw.

Ulinzi Stars captain reveals reason for their poor league form
Ulinzi are still winless and captain Boniface Muchiri has opened up on what is letting them down.
Muchiri's action did not sit well with his coach saying: "I think the players can tell you I was so mad at that incident because as a captain you need to take care of the responsibilities in the team. The crucial penalties and free kicks must not be debatable, that is why you are captain." Nyaudo told SportsBoom.
“When you’re a captain you need to lead from the front and in any case a soldier to say you must show leadership,” he added.

Nairobi City Stars and Ulinzi Stars engaged in an intense back-and-forth battle, creating opportunities and testing goalkeepers throughout.
The 2010 champions overhauled their squad at the end of last season, opting to promote most of their youth players to the senior team. Ulinzi face a litmus test against Posta Rangers on October 27 but Nyaudo says the boys are committed to improving the results.
“The boys are playing well currently, and I feel that it is a matter of time before we see the real side coming out. Injuries have also not been kind to us but I am happy that something good is finally coming out.”
