Upon completion of his Uganda Certificate of Education, he joined the school where he will both attain his Advanced level education, but also nurture his talent.

Last year, Ssekajugo helped Royal Giants to the semifinals of the USSSA National Schools Championships before they lost to St. Henry's Kitovu after post-match penalties.

Meanwhile, Bukedea Comprehensive has lined up a strong team that will compete for glory this year, as they hope to assert themselves among the national heavyweights.

The school initially signed URA FC midfield sensation Godfrey Ssekibengo from St. Henry's Kitovu.

It should be recalled that Bukedea Comprehensive won the bid to host the 2024 Federation of East Africa Secondary School Association games.

The school outcompeted a joint bid from Jinja SSS and Jinja College and another from Namilyango.
