The new format of the Champions League kicked off with some great moments a provided glimpses of what is to come in the future.

Luka Modric was brought on to bring more control in the game and it paid off after he assisted the second goal Antonio Rudiger before newly wed Endrick finished off the scoring.
Sporting defeated Losc Lille 2-0 with Arsenal and Chelsea target Viktor Gyokeres scoring their first goal before Zeno Debast added a second.
