AFC Leopards' Victor Omune has opened up on why is relationship with Gor Mahia tactician Zedekiah 'Zico' Otieno at KCB nearly made him quit football.
However, deciding which country to turn out for is proving a tough choice for the young forward.
“I was born in DR Congo, my parents are from DR Congo, but I have lived almost my entire life in Kenya,” Polepole told Telecomasia.net.
“I have earned my education here, and my football journey has been built here as well. It is not an easy decision because both countries are home for me. I believe when the time comes, I will be able to make an informed decision but as for now, I am still not putting much thought into it.”
Kenyan fans, who have watched the youngster play, will hope that he chooses Harambee Stars over in what would see him emulate Mugalia, who also played for Kenya having been born in DR Congo.
