Man City need just one victory to secure a historic fourth consecutive Premier League title.

Manchester City striker, Erling Haaland has preached composure to his teammates after their crucial 2-0 victory over Tottenham Hotspur.

Tuesday's north London victory saw City reclaim the top spot in the Premier League table, two points ahead of Arsenal, with one game remaining against West Ham at home.

A victory will guarantee a historic fourth consecutive Premier League title - an unmatched feat in the English top flight.

Haaland has now asked for calm ahead of the big clash against The Hammers on Sunday evening.

"Yeah, fantastic mentality, Focus on game by game and now relax. We came here to try to win and we won," Haaland told City+.

The Norwegian striker opened the scoring just six minutes into the second half, tapping home a Kevin De Bruyne pass.

Later, he converted a penalty after Jeremy Doku was fouled by Pedro Porro, doubling City's lead.

"They're a fantastic team. You know everyone knows that they want to play all the time and all praise to them.

"It was really difficult, but yeah, we came here to try and win and we won. That's my only thing and I'm happy.

"I think we were a bit nervous. I think that's normal, there are a lot of emotions for everyone.

"Everyone knows the situation, but it's about not thinking too much. Try to focus on your things to do and try to win.
