Super Eagles captain William Troost-Ekong has advised Chelsea star about the national team he should consider.
Chelsea star Tosin Adarabioyo has been on the radar of the NFF, but the defender has yet to make a decision between England and Nigeria.
The defender joined Chelsea this summer but has yet to cement a place in Enzo Maresca’s squad, which has limited his chances to play for England.
The Al Kholood centre-back has encouraged him to pick Nigeria so he can experience the pride and passion that comes with representing the Super Eagles.

Ekong’s advise
Tosin Adarabioyo is one of the dual-national players who have received clear advice from Troost-Ekong.
Troost-Ekong said on The Sports Afterparty Podcast, “There are so many rewards playing for Nigeria, not only from a game perspective.
“It means so much playing for the Super Eagles when you are a Nigerian, even if you’re born outside the country, because the people love football so much.
“It’s a different feeling if you play for the Netherlands or England than if you play for Nigeria. If you see how they carry the players when the team does well, there’s no feeling like it, and all the greatest moments I’ve had in my career to date have all been around the Nigeria national teams.”
Troost-Ekong is in Abidjan following the opening of the camp as the Super Eagles prepare for their AFCON qualifiers against Rwanda and the Benin Republic.
