Luisa Kremleva has been forced to pay darely after wrongfully accusing a footballer of r*pe.
Russian-born TV model Luisa Kremleva has been sentenced to six months in prison (suspended) and fined £1,500 after admitting to falsely accusing AC Milan star Theo Hernandez of rape.
This development concludes a tumultuous seven-year ordeal that began in 2017 outside a Marbella nightclub.
According to The Sun, the 28-year-old model struck a hush-hush plea bargain deal with public prosecutors, admitting to perjuring herself in court.
Kremleva had claimed the French international raped her in the back of a Porsche Cayenne after they partied at the luxurious Olivia Valere nightclub.
However, investigators quickly dismissed her claims, citing CCTV footage that disproved her version of events and revealed she had fabricated the story “out of revenge.”
Kremleva’s sentence, confirmed in a five-page written judgment, ensures she avoids jail time unless she reoffends within the next two years.
Hernandez moving on from rape scandal with baby no.2 on the way
Despite the drama, Hernandez has emerged unscathed, continuing to thrive both on and off the pitch.
Hernandez, 27, is reportedly set to welcome his second child with longtime partner Zoe Cristofoli.
Last week Friday, the France international played a starring role in Milan’s thrilling 3-2 Italian Super Cup victory over rivals Inter, contributing a goal and an assist.
The Marseille-born defender is also said to be closing in on a lucrative contract extension with the Serie A giants.
