Kenyan international Sven Yidah has reportedly been released by South African side Marumo Gallants.
The former Kariobangi Sharks midfielder is among several players who have been let go following a disappointing domestic campaign that saw them eventually relegated to the second division, according to the FARPost.

The team saw their South Premier Soccer League status evaporate in their eyes on Saturday afternoon.
Although Gallants were not impressive in the PSL, they surprisingly sailed all the way to the semi-final in the CAF Confederation Cup and were eliminated by Tanzanian champions Yanga.
Others who have reportedly left the club are Abram Ngcobo, Ayanda Nkili, Maboke Matlakala, Mahlatse Makudubela, Pule Maraisane, Sibusiso Sibeko, Sibusiso Kumalo, Sizwe Mdlinzo, and Tshepo Gumede.
Others set for exit are Joseph Molangoane, a former Kaizer Chiefs midfielder, Judas Moseamedi, and Mpho Mvelase. Mvelase and his teammate Letsie Koapeng are reported to be on Yanga’s radar.
