Toffolo's charge comes just over two months after England international Ivan Toney was banned from football for eight months for making over 232 breaches of the FA’s betting rules.
However, beginning on September 17, he will be free to rejoin his teammates at Brentford for training.
According to reports from the Sun, he is currently working out alone and has posted some pictures of his dedication to his Instagram page.
