Timothy Ouma: Dream Ksh473m move to Slavia Prague turning into nightmare for Harambee Stars midfielder
Timothy Ouma made a big-money move to Czech giants Slavia Prague in January, hoping to take his career to the next level, but his first two months have been worrying.
Speaking following his unveiling, Pimenta impressed by what he saw from Ronney during the trial period, both on and off the field.
"He walked through the door smiling, works incredibly hard, and is humble. He possesses many of the qualities we were looking for and has a positive influence on the group,” Pimenta told the club’s website following Onyango’s unveiling.
“This will be his first football adventure in Europe, and we will do everything we can to make it a great journey for him. He is also a Kenyan international with significant experience in African football," Pimenta stated.
Pimenta highlighted Ronney’s physical strength and defensive skills, especially after his performance against Stabæk, where he proved he has the potential to become a top-quality right-back.
