St. Henry’s College Kitovu has sent a warning to their opponents with a 6-0 win over Tororo Town College to finish top of Group A in the National Schools Football Boys’ Championship with 19 points.

Defending champions St. Marys Kitende were the outright favourites to win the group, but Kitovu has produced magnificent results to earn the favourites’ tag.

Kitovu sent a statement to their future opponents on Sunday with a 2-1 win over Kitende despite the fact that they played with a man less.

The 6-0 win on Monday meant that they completed the group with 19 points, one above Kitende, who overcame Nakaseke International 2-0 in the other group game.

Latifa Mixed beat Jinja Comprehensive 1-0 to take them to 16 points, but, unfortunately for them, that was below the pass mark.
