Tore Bobe seem to have reached an agreement with the gaming company who are set to boost their coffers next season
Shabana FC will finally unveil betting firm Bangbet as their new sponsor on Sunday following months of negotiations.
Tore Bobe started talks with the gaming firm in June and it was hoped that the two parties would have sealed a deal by last month but it took longer than expected.
However, everything now seems to be in place for the unveiling of the sponsorship which will be to a tune of Ksh20 million for one season.

FOOTBALL: 'Worried' Shabana coach reveals what is delaying his pre-season plans
Sammy Okoth is hoping that Tore Bobe can quickly sort out what is holding them back so that they can intensify their preparations for the new season
“Shabana FC will on Sunday August 13, 2023 launch the 2023-24 partnership with sports betting company Bangbet. The partnership is for a period of one year at a cost of Ksh20 million,” reads a communique from the club.
“The launch event will also serve as a platform for Shabana FC to proudly unveil its highly-anticipated 2023-24 season playing kits as well as launch its partnership with the women and youth team.”
Kisii governor Simba Arati, who will grace the event, had in June revealed that Bangbet had agreed to come on board and would offer Ksh20 million for one year and give an additional Ksh10 million if Tore Bobe win the Football Kenya Federation Premier League next season.

FOOTBALL Shabana coach identifies what must change if they have to avoid Premier League failure
The tactician has warned the club hierarchy against veering off the plan unless they want a relegation fight.
The partnership is a huge boost to coach Sammy Okoth who lamented this week that lack of clarity over the matter has delayed his pre-season pans since he did not know if and when the new players he has identified will be registered.
Okoth also wants assurances that his players will not be subjected to the financial struggles of last season when they had to go for months without pay due to the club’s cash constraints.
“I have my players from last season, thankfully all of them returned, and we have new ones as well,” Okoth told Pulse Sports on Thursday.
“The issue is that I cannot say the new ones are mine because we have not officially signed them. They are training with us, we are looking at them and if they convince us and we reach an agreement then it will be official.”
