Tickets for the match were retailing at Ksh1,000 for VVIP, Ksh500 for VIP and Ksh200 for regular and the supporters snapped them up for the crucial league match.
The over Ksh1.8 million realised on Sunday beats Shabana’s previous record of Ksh1.53 million from their match against Posta Rangers which had been preceded by Ksh1.27 million against Kariobangi Sharks in February.
