The coach also says that they are on track to achieve their second leg goals.

Zetech Sparks coach Bernard Kitolo is delighted by the attitude of his players following a massive 3-1 win over Bunyore Starlets over the weekend.

Kitotlo was looking to quickly compensate for the lost two points, with his team having been held to a one-all draw at home by Trans Nzoia Falcon last Wednesday.

Sparks played the second half with a numerical disadvantage following a straight red card to goalkeeper Stellah Mboya for a challenge in which she thrust her studs into the midriff of her opponent.

Speaking of the game, Kitolo expressed his delight with the performance, adding that they are on track to achieve their second-leg goals.

"We played very well against Bunyore as we completed the three chances that we got despite having ten players on the field after the goalkeeper got a red card." he said.

"I am happy with our performance so far in the second leg of the season as for now my strikers are able to convert more chances compared to the first leg where we failed to perform well."

Elizabeth Wanyonyi scored the opener a minute into the second stanza before adding the second in the 51st minute. At the same time, the third goal was a gift from Bunyore as their defender Yvonne Musungu directed the ball into her net.

Kitolo now says they are focusing on Sunday's away encounter against Kisumu, All-Starlets.

"We can underrate All Starlets despite them being in the relegation zone. They have good and experienced players so I expect a tough game," he added.

Zetech Sparks are in seventh position in the FKF Women's Premier League log, while Bunyore dropped to eighth in the 12-team league after playing 20 matches to earn 25 points.
