FKFPL Tusker’s Sakari happy to sacrifice individual preferences for the team's good
The Kenyan international does not mind filling in at left-back even though he is a right-back by nature
The defender, who made his international debut against Malawi under Francis Kimanzi in 2019 has gone on to amass more caps under his belt, but since the arrival of new head coach Engin Firat, has yet to start a game.
“I think it is just a matter of time before I establish myself. I am working towards becoming a household name,” Sakari told Pulse Sports.
Sakari predominantly plays as a right back, but can also play as a left back or a central midfielder. He is an excellent dead ball specialist renowned for his long throw trait which can give other teams all sorts of problems.
