According to Il Mattino (via calcionapoli24.it) the 25-year-old has received an offer from PSG that fell short of Napoli's asking price, and the only offer that has come close to meeting the Partenopei release clause of €120M arrived from Saudi Arabia.

According to the report, Osimhen has his sights set on a move to the English Premier League, with Arsenal showing the most interest.
Chelsea had appeared to be the front-runner just a few months ago, but the West London club, bound by profit and sustainability guidelines, balked at the player's current valuation.
Meanwhile, PSG remain keen, but Osimhen is determined to challenge himself in England, which he believes is the strongest league in the world.
