Moroccan giants Raja Casablanca wrapped up their CAF Champions League group stage campaign with a comfortable 3-1 against Simba SC in Casablanca on Friday night.
Hamza Khabba opened the scoring in the 44th minute for the hosts after Simba defender Joash Onyango was caught napping.
But Congolese forward Jean Baleke made amends with a beautiful lob three minutes after the restart.
Joash Onyango was at fault again, this time fouling in the box and up stepped Hamza Khabba, who slotted home to make it 2-1. Substitute Mohammed Boulacsout then completed the rout in the 86th minute.
The win not only meant that Raja Casablanca went unbeaten in the group stages but also set a new record of scoring 17 goals in the CAF Champions League group stages.
