In his lawsuit, the 48-year-old Moroccan says that he has suffered workplace harassment as well as psychological violence and threats against him.
The complainant also states that he performed "undercover work", since he was hired without having the mandatory work permit due to his status as a foreigner.
"Hicham Karmoussi has worked for years without a contract or residence permit for Mr. Al-Khelaïfi, at an unsustainable pace," Antoine Ory, his lawyer, told the media.
The complainant, who began working for the PSG president in 2000, says that all his colleagues installed in the Qatari's home were without a contract and in very precarious conditions.
Karmoussi was also a central figure in the investigation of the PSG boss, following the police raid on the headquarters of Bein Sports.
The 47-year-old Moroccan was reportedly in charge of eliminating all kinds of evidence that incriminated his former boss, investigated for an alleged violation of the broadcasting rights of the 2026 and 2030 World Cups.
Karmoussi is alleged to have also hid a pendrive that "contained contracts concluded" with FIFA officials.
