Onyinyechi Zogg confused her followers with the latest post on the social media platform Instagram.
Nigeria Super Falcons footballer Onyinyechi Zogg has moved to clarify photos of her wearing the Spain national team kit after they sparked speculation she had switched allegiance.
The 26-year-old, who was born in Switzerland to a Nigerian father, posted images on Instagram of herself donning the famous red colours of the Spanish national side.

Onyinyechi clears air on Spain photos
With Zogg having previously been part of the Nigeria Falcons, the photos prompted questions from some of her followers about whether she had opted to play for Spain instead.
Comments included: "Did you choose Spain over Nigeria?", "Playing for Spain for real wow" and "Switzerland and Nigerian flag but you chose Spain instead".
However, Zogg was quick to explain the photos were part of modelling work she had done with kit manufacturer Adidas, captioning the original post: "Latest work with Adidas," as initially reported by Pulse Sports Nigeria.
Responding to one query, the talented and beautiful defender stated bluntly:
"No never I'm just a model."
Zogg has previously had trials with the Nigerian senior national team, the Super Falcons, but is yet to win a cap at that level.
With no suggestion she has applied to FIFA to switch nations, the photos appear to be no more than modelling assignments as part of her endorsement deal with Adidas.
Onyinyechi Zogg currently plays for Swiss side Servette FCCF whom she put pen to paper for earlier this year on a contract that runs till the end of 2024.
