After suffering his first defeat as Manchester United manager, Ruben Amorim will be looking to quickly bounce back against Forest. Here are predictions, team news, betting tips, and possible line-ups for the game.

Manchester United lost 2-0 to Arsenal at Emirates on Wednesday night, in what was the team’s first loss under Amorim, leaving the Red Devils down in 11th, four points behind the top five.

United looked bland in attack, generating just two shot attempts, a far cry from their brilliant attacking display against Everton.

Meanwhile, after their bright start to the season, Forest have struggled in recent weeks, losing three of their last four Premier League games, the most being a 3-0 loss at Manchester City on Wednesday night.

Nuno Espirito’s men are still sixth in the table, four points off the top four, and they will hope to rediscover their early form starting from the game against United.

Manchester United  vs. Nottingham Forest Head to Head

Following their win against United in December 2023, Forest are looking to win two matches in a row against the Red Devils for the first time since April 1992.

However, the hosts have dominated this fixture at home, winning six of the seven PL home games they have played against Forest, with the exception being a 2-1 loss in December 1994.

Nottingham Forest have a nearly full squad available, with only long-term absentees Ibrahim Sangare and Danilo, the only ones unavailable.
