Foden has really come of age this season, showing City fans that the future is bright beyond the potential exit or decline of midfield aestro Kevin De Bruyne.
There was a criticism of Foden constantly being on the edges of the game, fleeting but not consistent enough to lead a team of this magnitude but this season, he has silenced his critics.
He now has the numbers to back things up (14 goals, 7 assists) and also the presence and maturity to carry the burden of creativity in De Buyrne's absence.
Rodri (Manchester City)
Rodri's remarkable record of not losing a football match in over a year underscores his importance to Manchester City.
With him in the lineup, City's chances of clinching the Premier League title seem highly likely, almost a mathematical certainty.
His consistent performance on the field establishes him as an exceptional footballer.
However, it would defy the norm in terms of individual accolades. Defensive or orthodox central midfielders like Roy Keane and N'Golo Kante have rarely received recognition,
