The Harambee Stars defender had a decent individual outing despite his side's 4-2 humiliation.
Harambee Stars defender Johnstone Omurwa returned to the starting lineup as Estrela Amaradora were beaten 4-2 by Braga in a Liga Portugal match played at the Estádio José Gomes on Thursday evening.
Omurwa, who had been dropped in the last outing against Chaves on Saturday and subbed off at halftime during their defeat to FC Porto 10 days ago, did have a decent individual outing and was statistically the side’s best defender on the night.

Mwendwa opened up on plans to make Harambee Stars competitive in time for the 2027 AFCON.
The visitors opened the scoring through Alvaro Djalo in the 13th minute, before he added his second of the night in the 49th minute.
Simon Banza then made it three in the 68th minute, which momentarily made the game look impossible for Estrela to make any comeback.
