This was Akumu's first goal in Japan after making the move in the January transfer window.
Kenyan international Michael Olunga poked fun at Anthony Akumu after the midfielder bagged his maiden goal for Sagan Tosu in the 1-0 win over Júbilo Iwata in the Japanese Levain Cup.
The two former Gor Mahia aces linked up during the last international break where Harambee Stars narrowly lost to Iran 2-1 as both completed the full 90 minutes in the game.
After notching his first goal for Tosu in his second start for the club since joining the club back in January, Olunga took to Twitter to tease Akumu with the Tweet being composed in Japanese.
“Glad you used my scoring tips as discussed during the international break,” wrote Olunga on his official Twitter account.

STARS ABROAD Inventive Kenyan midfielder Anthony Akumu makes much-awaited debut in Japan
The former Gor Mahia midfielder joined the club back in January.
Akumu was deployed as a center back in the game against Iwata, away from his usual defensive midfield postion he traditionally accustomed to.
It took the former Kaizer Chiefs midfielder just six minutes to open the scoring as he posted a blistering start to the game to hand his side a deserved early lead.
The game slumped into a lull after the frenetic start with the next goal, coming in the 81st minute courtesy of another defender Daiki Ogawa who restored parity for Iwata.
Tosu were however not to be denied victory as they found their winner in the 86th minute through Ryonosuke Kabayama who sealed all three points for his side.
The win means that Tosu are still third in Group A of the Levain Cup with three matches to go but are level on points with second placed Hokkaido Consadole Sapporo who occupy the final Playoff qualification spot.
