The seasoned tactician has signed a two-year deal with the club, aiming to lead them to new heights following the departure of former coach Salim Babu, who left to join Kenya Police FC.

The announcement was made in a statement released by the club, expressing their enthusiasm about the new appointment.
"Godfrey Oduor has been appointed as our new Head Coach for a period of two years," the statement read.
The unveiling of Oduor took place at the Nzoia Sugar company headquarters in Bungoma and was conducted by the newly appointed Nzoia Sugar FC chairman, Yapets Mokua.
The event marked a new chapter for the club as they prepare to face the challenges of the upcoming seasons under Oduor's guidance.

The decision to appoint Oduor came after the club received over twenty applications from various coaches eager to take charge.
However, Oduor's impressive track record and coaching acumen seemed to have set him apart from the rest, making him the ideal candidate to lead Nzoia Sugar FC forward.
With the departure of former coach Salim Babu, who steered the team to a commendable fourth-place finish in the recently concluded FKF-PL season, the club recognizes the need for a visionary leader like Oduor to build on that success and aim for even greater achievements.
