Super Eagles star Ola Aina has revealed the team’s plan ahead of their 2025 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers against Libya.
Aina has been in top form this season, having helped Nottingham Forest maintain a good away record in the Premier League.
The defender is expected to start for the Super Eagles when they face Libya in the third match of the 2025 AFCON qualifiers in Uyo.

Aina speaks on team’s plan
The Nottingham Forest star is sure that the Super Eagles will win the first and second legs and gain six points in their quest for qualifying for the AFCON.
Aina told NFF TV, “We are expected to beat everybody, that’s the pressure that we put on ourselves because we’re a big nation and we’re a good team.
“We have to go there and win the first and second games and come out with all six points by God’s grace.”
If Nigeria wins both games, it would guarantee the Super Eagles a spot in the 2025 AFCON in Morocco.
Nigeria will host the Mediterranean Knights on Friday before travelling to Benghazi for the second leg on October 15.
Meanwhile, the Sports Minister has charged the Super Eagles of Nigeria to dismantle Libya in Uyo.
