Arsenal in Talks Over £34m Star Arsene Wenger Once Wanted at Emirates
The Gunners have opened talks for £34m winger once targeted by Arsene Wenger as Arteta looks to bolster attacking options this summer.
He has also been linked with a move to Arsenal, Chelsea, Manchester United and Juventus, with the latter two said to be the most likely to sign the Nigerian.

On a recent appearance on Radio Kiss Kiss, relayed by Calcio Mercato, De Laurentiis was asked about the possibility of Osimhen joining the Old Lady, and he absolutely ruled out the move, saying, "Never at Juventus,“ even if they pay the release clause.
Meanwhile, Galatasaray still believe they have a chance to keep the Nigerian permanently, despite being seemingly priced out.
Reports in Turkey claim the Cim-Bom can find a way to fund the deal but would need Osimhen to agree to delay his Premier League ambitions to stay at the club.
Galatasaray vice-president Abdullahi Kavoukcu said they are waiting on the Nigerian to communicate his decision to them, and they expect him to make the announcement this April.
