Kenya were wasteful with the few chances they got in a game where they dominated ball possession during their 2025 Africa Cup of Nations qualifier.
The last training session before the match against Kenya was critical, with Benjamin disclosing some minor squad injuries and focusing on passing techniques to activate the players fully.
"The last session was a lot just on passing technique and it's basically also just to loosen up the muscles and then to get the body activated for better mode," he explained.
Despite the knocks sustained by some players, Benjamin remains optimistic about his team's readiness.
"There's two or three knocks but I'm sure it's not something to write home about and I think tomorrow 6 o'clock (Tuesday 7pm EAT) we're going to be ready for that game," he assured.
