Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta bangs his team's drums ahead of the Premier League clash against Manchester United.

Arsenal boss Mikel Arteta believes his team will win the Premier League, stating that he had the feeling and he was feeling confident.

The Gunners are in a direct shootout for the Premier League title with Manchester City, however, the Cityzens have the advantage, and will win the title should they win their remaining games against Fulham, Tottenham and West Ham regardless of Arsenal’s results.

Despite not having their destiny in their own hands, Arteta is bullish on his team’s chances, and he banged their drums ahead of the clash against Manchester United at Old Trafford.

What Arteta said

Ahead of the press conference for the match against Manchester United, the Basque manager was quizzed about his team’s chances, and he gave a confident response.

“My brain tells me when talking to the players that we are lifting the Premier League," he said, per CBSSport

"That's what my brain is doing at the moment and I want to follow my brain and my gut. This is the way I want everybody to think as well. Hopefully we can achieve it.

"I'm telling you how I'm feeling, the thoughts that come to my head and what is driving my energy and purpose right now. It's that ambition, that objective that's so good."

Following the game against Manchester United, Arsenal will play Everton in the final game of the season. Should they win both games, they would require Manchester City to drop points to be crowned Premier League champions.
