Mohammed Bajaber joined Nairobi City Stars on a short-term loan deal from Starfield Academy in February 2022.
He made his debut for Nairobi City Stars in their match against AFC Leopards where he was very crucial as they drew 1-1.
Mohammed Bajaber scored his maiden Premier League goal against Wazito FC on March 16, 2023. In 2024, Mohammed Bajaber managed to score six goals.
