Marseille have reportedly reached an agreement on a settlement with Marcelo Bielsa.
Olympique Marseille have reportedly reached a settlement with Marcelo Bielsa after a legal battle over salary.
The former Leeds United manager was manager of Marseille for over 40 games across the 2014/15 and 2015/16 seasons but resigned from the role in August 2015.
What happened
Following Bielsa's resignation from the role, a legal battle ensued last year, when the Argentine's lawyers sued Les Phocéens for alleged disloyal behaviour.
His representatives were claiming €3 million, claiming that the 25% raise in salary he was promised in his second season were not realised.
The requested fee was meant to cover his salary for 2015/16 and various damages.
