Erik ten Hag will reportedly leave Manchester United this summer and the clubs have identified three possible replacements.
According to reports, Manchester United have made their decision on Erik ten Hag, and the Dutch manager will exit the club this summer.
The Red Devils finished 8th this season, their worst finish in Premier League history. This is said to have cost Ten Hag his job, despite the possibility of winning the FA Cup, with the final against Manchester City set for this weekend.

Man United to sack Ten Hag
Wholesale changes were expected when Manchester United’s principal owners, the Glazers family, sold a significant portion of their shares to INEOS. The Jim Ratcliffe-led company assumed responsibility for the sporting arm of the club following the acquisition, and deciding on Ten Hag’s future was one of the key decisions they were expected to make.
Ten Hag was given the benefit of doubt and was not immediately fired by INEOS; however, he has failed to convince them he was the right man for the job, and according to Di Marzio, per SoccerNews, the club’s leadership has decided to part ways with him regardless of the result against Manchester City in the FA Cup final.
Possible replacements
According to the report, Manchester United have already made a list of three for Ten Hag’s successor: Kieran McKenna, Roberto de Zerbi and Mauricio Pochettino.
Manchester United are said to have since concluded on sacking Ten HAG and have already approached McKenna, who is reportedly the primary target. However, they will have to compete with Chelsea for the Ipswich manager, and should they lose out, Pochettino, who recently parted ways with Chelsea, is next on the list, before De Zerbi.
