Jack Grealish has been advised to leave Manchester City after struggling to recapture his best form since arriving for a club-record fee.
Former Aston Villa star Lee Hendrie believes Jack Grealish should consider leaving Manchester City in the January window or next summer.
Grealish has struggled to live up to expectations at the Etihad since his £100m move in 2021, with injuries and poor performances contributing to his decline.
"It's at the stage now where Jack should probably be thinking about leaving the football club," Hendrie said.

"Nobody could deny that the move hasn't been successful, he's won everything there is to win during his time there, but I think for himself, he needs to find his enjoyment in playing again."
Hendrie thinks Grealish would be an asset to any top club, but suggests a return to Villa Park to play under former Arsenal boss Unai Emery could be beneficial for both parties.
"I would love him at Villa, but would they have the finances to bring him back? It would probably be a complicated deal to complete."
Despite some Villa fans giving Grealish stick in the past, Hendrie believes they would welcome him back with open arms.
"I know the Villa fans have given him some stick, but I think they would love to see him back at Villa Park.
"He wouldn't be coming for a payday; he'd be coming to win something with Villa and help take the club up a level."
Grealish has failed to score a single goal for Manchester City in one year and a move away from the Etihad will suit both parties.
