Pep Guardiola made four changes to the Manchester City side that beat Nottingham Forest last time out.
Palace shocked the Premier League champions just four minutes into the game. Will Hughes did well in the middle of the park, playing a one-two with Jean Philippe-Mateta. Hughes threaded it through for Daniel Munoz and he slotted it into the far corner past Stefan Ortega.
However, City restored parity before the halftime break when a brilliant ball was played into the box and Erling Haaland rose highest to loop his header into the far corner, past Dean Henderson.

The visitors equalised shortly after after a lovely ball from Bernardo Silva was threaded through for Lewis, who picked his spot and finished in style.
