Bullets face Ulinzi Stars on Wednesday and there will be a change in the visiting team's dugout for the fixture.
Youthful Ugandan tactician Louis Kizito has rocked the already troubled FKF Premier League club Vihiga Bullets by quitting his post less than 30 hours to the team's next fixture.
"Kizito is no longer the head coach of Vihiga Bullets," confirmed the source.
"The coach resigned last night. There were many issues that the coach wasn't happy about but I am not at liberty to share them publicly," the source added.

The Uganda coach will take over the reins at Bullets from Milton Kidiga who has been relegated to assistant coach role.
Kizito had been under numerous pressure after losing their previous game 2-0 against Kakamega Homeboyz last Sunday.
The Uganda gaffer had just been appointed a fortnight ago and lost his first match in charge 4-0 to Police FC last Wednesday.

The Bullet suffered their 22nd loss of the season.
He had succeeded Milton Kidiga, who was demoted to assistant coach following a series of poor results.
Kizito becomes the second coach to quit the club this season after another youthful tactician George Owoko parted ways with the club in February.
Assistant coach Kidiga will resume his head coach role temporarily until the end of the season.

The former Uganda international Kizito was previously in charge of former FUFA Big League side Nkumba-Kataka.
Before taking Nkumba-Kataka's role, Kizito was an assistant coach at Onduparaka Football Club, which plays in the Ugandan Premier League.
Bullets are back in action on Wednesday afternoon when they travel to Nairobi to face Ulinzi Stars at Ulinzi Sports Complex.
The Western Kenya-based side is currently at the bottom of the standings with eight points from 26 matches.
Bullets is home to three Ugandan players: former Tooro United midfielder Derrick Tekwo, goalkeeper Ashadu Bugembe and former Nyamityobora FC midfielder James Tongi.
